These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in The Justice Blueprint: 30 Days to Own Your Outcome Against a Narcissist program ("Program") offered by Rebecca Zung LLC dba Slay Enterprises, Inc ("RZ LLC"). By enrolling, the Participant ("Student") agrees to the following:
1. Use of Materials
Students are granted access to copyrighted Program materials solely for their personal use in the context of their own empowerment and strategic preparation. These materials may not be used to coach others, teach workshops, or be reproduced, shared, or distributed in any format.
2. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the Program, including videos, audio, text, worksheets, templates, and other materials, are the intellectual property of RZ LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Students may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of these materials without prior written consent.
3. Participation and Professional Conduct
Students agree to participate in all live and recorded sessions respectfully and professionally. This includes:
Treating fellow participants, coaches, and staff with respect.
Maintaining confidentiality.
Refraining from disruptive, inappropriate, or discriminatory behavior.
Violations may result in removal from the Program without refund.
4. Confidentiality and Community Conduct
All content shared during group sessions and inside student forums is strictly confidential. Students agree not to share or publish the personal stories or information of others. No unsolicited contact is permitted between students without explicit permission. Recording or screenshotting any content is prohibited unless written consent is obtained from RZ LLC.
5. Consent to Recordings
Students acknowledge and consent that live sessions may be recorded and shared with other students within the Program. These may be stored in the course library for ongoing access. Public use of recordings will not occur without additional written permission
6. Attendance and Access
Students are encouraged to attend all live coaching sessions. Recordings will be provided for review when live attendance is not possible. The Program and all access must be completed within one (1) year of enrollment
7. Completion and Certification Eligibility
While The Justice Blueprint is for personal empowerment, successful completion may qualify a Student to be invited into advanced certification opportunities (e.g., the Freedom Formula). Participation in this Program does not provide licensure or certification to coach others.
8. Coach Scope of Practice
Certified High Conflict Negotiation Coaches and mentors within the Program are not acting as licensed professionals unless otherwise specified. They do not offer legal, psychological, medical, or financial advice. The Program is for educational purposes only.
9. Independent Coaches
Certified Coaches affiliated with the Program operate as independent professionals and are not employees or agents of RZ LLC. RZ LLC is not liable for their conduct or services. Any direct coaching relationship formed is between the Student and the Coach.
10. Use of SLAY AI Tools
SLAY AI™ and any AI tools provided are educational and strategic aids. They are not legal advice or substitutes for professional services. Students are responsible for how they use these tools. RZ LLC disclaims liability for any decisions or outcomes based on AI-generated outputs.
11. Tuition and Payments
Tuition may be paid in full or via a payment plan. Regardless of attendance, usage, or completion, Students are responsible for full payment as agreed upon at enrollment.
12. Delinquent Accounts
If an account becomes 30+ days overdue, RZ LLC may:
Suspend access to Program content and sessions.
Deny participation in future programs.
Refer the account to collections if 90+ days overdue.
13. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of this digital and limited-capacity program, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
14. 1:1 Coaching Session
Each Student is entitled to one (1) private coaching session with a Certified High Conflict Negotiation Coach during the Program. This session is designed to support personalized strategy and application. Details for scheduling will be provided during the Program. It must be used within the Program period and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and forfeited if not used.
15. Disclaimer
This Program is educational and not a substitute for legal, financial, or mental health advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed. Results are not guaranteed and vary based on individual effort and circumstance. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not indicative of typical results.
16. Indemnity
The Student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RZ LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from participation in the Program or use of its materials.
17. Modification of Terms
RZ LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
18. Acknowledgment
By enrolling, the Student affirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
